what is the return policy?

due to the delicate nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on prints or original works of art simply for change of mind.
all artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process. in the unlikely circumstance that your delivery becomes damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside.
if your artwork is lost in transit a replacement will be provided for you.
all original artwork including commissions are to be approved before they’re sent via photographs- we try our best for the colors to be as accurate as possible but due to difference in phone and computer screens this can vary slightly - they will not be replaced or returned due to change of mind once they’ve arrived. 
artwork has a natural aging process due to the paints, chemicals. canvas and environmental factors. Please keep this in mind when investing in art as I do not accept returns based on aging. 

 

 

how long do limited edition linen prints take to make and ship?

please allow 4-5 weeks in production prior to shipment. all work ships out of LA and takes 4-7 business days for delivery.  

 

 

how much does US shipping cost?

US shipping is complimentary unless specified in the product description copy or a direct invoice.

 

 

do you ship internationally and how much does it cost? 

orders include complimentary shipping but framing is not included (rolled linen only) all sales are final unless the artwork is damaged during shipment. please email me as soon as possible if you have any issues with your order: hello@annasagan.com

 

what comes with my original artwork and/or prints?
every print comes with an edition authentication and ships in a custom box from los angeles.
